Thanks to our special isostatic moulds and special isostatic punches of New Generation (Patented System), studied and developped for this new type of production, the best uniformity of pressing is finally guaranteed, this means to obtain finally a tile provided of the same density, i.e. without any defect at the time of its extraction (no cracks from expansion).

So your thin tile will be finally perfectly planar, squared and with a guarantee of equal thickness throughout the body of the tile itself.

Trebax obtains the european patent for the isostatic mould

Trebax obtained the European Patent for the technological innovation of the "isostatic mould for the attainment of a monogauge format". The European Patent Office has confirmed the "novelty" of this product in Europe, that grants to obtain the monogauge format for small or big size tiles, that means all tiles will be all perfectly squared and of the same length . The system is patented for the application in upper or lower part of a mould, and it's producible for each kind of mould for ceramic. The grant of this important European patent confirms that Trebax has been the first on the market to create and produce the isostatic mould.
