SFS ISOSTATIC MOULD FOR MONO-CALIBER WITH SPECIAL MATRIX FOR MULTI-THICKNESS TILES

Trebax has combined the technology of known isostatic SFS mould (Trebax International Patent) to a magnetic system that allows you to produce just with one mould, different thickness tiles, simply demagnetizing the half-matrix and replacing it with one dedicated to a different thickness. This allows a large cost savings, and a large increase in quality pressed products.

Instead of buying many moulds, you have just to buy a single isostatic mould plus a half-matrix, and can thus cope with production changes from one thickness to another with a huge reduction of downtime for mould change (just demagnetize a half-matrix and magnetize another one) huge reduction of costs (just one mould instead of two or more moulds) and always with the certainty of the caliber thanks to the patented isostatic system. The high quality steels and materials used to construct this special mould, increase largely the life of the mould compared to normal standards, thus obtaining an additional benefit, which translates into money.
