The entering punch mould type is surely the most widely used technological solution. It can be installed on all press types and adapts itself to all the existing lifting systems. This type of mould is suitable for all productions with any type of mix. During pressing the upper punches penetrate in the corresponding cavity of the die box, which is rigidly fixed to the lower part of the mould, while the extraction is achieved by the raising of the lower punches. The limitation of this mould is tied to the fact that the good side of the tile is turned upside down and during the extraction phase, the same good side will slide over the die box and therefore it could damage its integrity. Obviously, for the very same reason it will not be possible to produce very deep structures.
