The reverse entering punch mould is the ideal solution for the production of tiles without spacer. It can be installed on all the types of presses and adapted to all the existing lifting systems. This mould is suitable for all production types and with any type of paste. During pressing the upper punches penetrate in the corresponding cavity of the die box, which is rigidly fixed to the lower part of the mould, while the extraction is due to the raising of the lower punches. The great advantage of this mould is the fact that the good side of the tile faces upwards and therefore the integrity of the good side is safeguarded during the extraction phase, as well as offering the possibility to produce structures and porcelain stoneware.
