REVERSE MIRROR MOULD
The reverse mirror mould is for the production of tiles with spacer. It can be installed on all the types of presses and adapted to all the existing lifting systems. This type of mould is suitable for all production types and with any type of paste. The mobile die box and the pushers guarantee a perfect deaeration and a long life of the mould. The control is of the hydraulic type, connected to the press. The limitation of this mould is tied to the fact that the good side of the tile is turned upside down and during the extraction phase, the same good side will slide over the die box and therefore it could damage its integrity. Obviously, for the very same reason it will not be possible to produce very deep structures.
