SOFT TRANSFER MOULD [SFS]

The soft material transfer mould is the only solution for the production of tiles with spacer and with the good side of the tile turned upwards. It can be installed on all the types of press and can be adapted to all existing lifting systems. It is the mould with the highest technological content, the most complex and most costly and that requires particular attention with press adjustments and the use of the same mould. It is equipped with autonomous controls, to guarantee the maximum quality level on the finished product. This type of mould the most suited for the production of technical porcelain stoneware of the highest quality, with a design that has no comparison. To have the good side of the tile facing upwards, it gives the possibility to maintain the integrity of the same good side during extraction procedures, as well as to produce deep structures and with particular designs. Even in case of grains and flakes, the obtained surface will be left without comparisons.
